SABRE’s resident surf shredder Thom Pringle knows how to launch into the stratosphere, every other week I’ll get a couple of e-mails showcasing his flairing talents at some undisclosed ramp filled beachbreak. This time around Thom’s been published on STAB Magazine’s infamous Full Frame section, and apparently the image was snapped at one of his homebreaks on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Check out the shot below.

Our French allies just sent through this window display, it’s from a hip store called Workshop which is located in the impossible to hate city of Bordeaux, France. A couple of hundred black and white skulls provide proof that our French counterparts are making sure SABRE gets done right, but to be honest I think it would have been far more effective if the window was packed full of gorgeous and naked French women instead. Maybe next time…

BEERS, BIKINIS AND BEACH BALLS

Despite the worst winter in 30 years for most of the Northern Hemisphere, our friends at Mammoth Mountain welcomed Spring the best way they knew how – Beers, Bikinis, a few dozen S∆BRE beach-balls and of course…… a 103 foot long pond to skim. Sunny skies & 78 degree weather made the thought of 38 degree water (for all the international cats reading this, that’s 25 degrees outside the liquid and 3 degrees in the drink) seem worth the risk for the seventy-five plus contestants including everyones favorite snow-surfer, Mr. Eddie Wall.
